Funny anime

Which is the funniest anime you've ever seen?

For me, it would be Kyo Kara Maoh!!!!! I used to watch it dubbed in Animax channel, it was hilarious. The characters and the plot both are pretty super! I'm really glad I came across this series, a very feel-good anime I can re watch anytime anywhere.

Also I finished with Devil is a Part Timer!!! A very light anime, relaxing, not much in it but a few very good laughs. I reckon the manga might be a bit more serious.

I finished another anime, which I'm not sure fits into this category. It's 'The world is still beautiful'. The first few episodes didn't impress me much, but as time went on, I started enjoying it on a different level. Another light hearted anime, quite cheesy, sometimes quite long winded.. But with a freshness I hadn't seen in a shoujo anime for a very long time. No real villians, no strict plot lines, just go with the flow if anyone wants to enjoy this.

This is a show I had never imagined I would love, Call the Midwife is probably the loveliest show I've ever seen. More than once I've seen the books in WHS shops around, with the smiling face of Nurse Lee on the front page.

I like the show mostly because of the 1950s atmosphere of East London. A lot of my friends dislike the program as it shows babies born in every episode. But I liked it, it's not just about the babies, but it's about the families, the community, living conditions of the people, children and lives of the nuns and midwives of Nonnatus House and their friends. And it's based on the real life biography of Jennifer Worth, who was a midwife in these parts at 1950s.

Now that series 3 of Sherlock is over, I wonder if I did actually relive any moment of Season 1 and 2 during the whole time season 3 was aired. I honestly loved the show in season 1 and 2. It's true it had blaring storyline gaps, but the acting, music and the whole mysterious atmosphere made up for it. But this season, why was it so much rushed? However, the present Watson gets a much more meatier role. I like Martin Freeman, there can be no other. Mark Gatiss shone as Mycroft.

The third episode was my favourite, as it started off beautifully with a shot of Charles Augustus Magnussen. This was the episode I had been waiting for all this while.

Hello guys!!!! Wish you guys had a fabulous Christmas and a lovely new year!!

I basically spend my holidays moping around the house and basically doing nothing much. Saw a couple of TV shows and got myself updated till the latest episodes of Game of Thrones, Da Vinci's Demons, The Borgias, Ripper Street, and finally watched the new Sherlock show today.

For those who know me, would know I don't live with my family at the moment. As air fares are expensive I avoid going home during this time of the year. But I miss them a lot..

Recently a friend of mine send me this Gotochi from Tokushima:

I'm so happy !! Sudachi fruit blooms in the beginning of winter. The flower is the prefectural flower of Tokushima. My friend recently made delicious ice creams using Sudachi, and it looked yummy.

Btw, my friends from Japan, if you are interested in postcards, kindly let me know. Cheers :)

Recently I've been starting to watch this show, as a recommendation from few of my friends in FB. I did start liking it, Season 1 specially. I loved the characters, and how they individually faved them without giving up hope. Even Sue Sylvester, slightly cheesy, but lovely to watch. Season 2 and 3, it was all right, I didn't like the story lines too much, but were watchable.

I was really expecting to follow the different careers of the kids when they graduate, show us their own trials and tribulations, their individual fights against the world. Instead half of the cast members were dumped, and a new group brought in which I felt were really dull. Marley Rose lacks Rachel's punch. Jake compared to Finn ? Oh please..

Miss the old group.. Goodbye Glee!

Recently I fell in love with Daimao, Daisuke Watanabe and Kyosuke Hamao, stars if Takumi kun series :) and of course, to the speculation they might be an actual couple... It's a pity Kyosuke plans to retire so early. But good luck to him and his future endeavours !!!

Having a lot of fun watching Jdrama Hanzawa Naoki. It is a story based in the banking world. Sakato Masai is fantastic in the role of Naoki Hanzawa, a banker who was made scapegoat by his superiors when a company who owned them five hundred million yen goes bankrupt. The pacing of the story is amazing, I'm on episode 3 at the moment but is soon turning to be one of my favorite series.
