sayuri2023Pros of University accomodation - Its secure, get to meet loads of people from different new countries specially if you are in a country new to you, no worries about bills(since they are paid beforehand), no worries about how to get a new internet connection, get an official address(it will be helpful for applying for mobile sim cards and a lot of other things), lastly but not the least, my parents want it(they're paying for it)
Pros of private accomodation - Cheaper, headaches about monthly bills, staying with people you already knew from before, yeah.. thats about it.
The problem is a lot of my friends are pressurizing me to opt for private accomodation. But i really don't like the idea of ending up in a completely new country and have no gaurantee of a roof over my head when I land.. the thought isn't that appealing. But the fact that, I get to stick with friends I knew from before, takes away a lot of my initial nevousness.
