Kate Winslet looked absolutely dazzling today. I thought she looked the most sensational out of the rest.
Miley Cyrus just has to have my vote on the worst dressed list. As someone commented on the Writer's block, she looked like a silver Christmas tree. LOL!
I hate repeat telecasts. They cut half off the things over there, and what stood out the most was how they cut almost half of Sean Penn's speech. Thank God they have enough sense to air it LIVE once no matter how early it was.
